Portable, accurate, and easy to use, the Tor Rey L-EQ-5/10 10 lb. digital portion control scale is the practical solution to your measuring needs! This portion control scale can toggle among kilograms, pounds, and ounces to deliver versatility and pinpoint accuracy that makes it legal for trade. And thanks to its rechargeable 100-hour battery, you can be sure this unit will stay powered for days at a time, even without a nearby outlet.
Made of stainless steel for easy cleaning and long-lasting durability, this rechargeable portion control scale features a large 7 7/8" x 9 5/8" platform and progressive tare function designed to offset the weight of containers and independently measure ingredient portions as you mix them. The backlit, alphanumeric LCD screen clearly shows the weight of portioned items, even in dark areas. For total user control, this scale also comes with a Set Limit feature to program a maximum weight for certain foods. And to promote accurate and consistent record keeping, this scale can easily hook up to a PC or printer with its RS-232 data port.
