Usually gravity pulls urine into the sponge like material of padding. If the odor problem is more severe than mentioned above we can do the following:
Uninstall the carpet in the effected area
Remove the effected padding from under the carpet
Clean and seal the sub-floor
Fiber rinse front and back of carpet
Treat front and back of carpet with enzyme
Install new padding where needed
