CNC Machining Customizing plastic components

Plastic Supply of PA uses state of the art CAD/CAM systems to design and produce high quality plastic components that meet critical tolerances. Our production methods allow for cost efficient production in any quantity, even prototype. We produce parts for a wide array of industries including electronics producers, medical equipment manufacturers, and the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.

Plastic Supply uses Haas Vertical Machining Centers to produce custom plastic components. We have 4th axis capability using 20 tools on parts up to 30" x 16" x 20". With our efficient storage and recall capabilities, design changes and product alterations are easily incorporated into your components.

Using our MotionMaster and ANDI CNC Routers, Plastic Supply can achieve the highest possible material yield to maximize cost efficiency. Quality Assurance includes hand checking and finishing of parts.

Plastic Supply also uses Takisawa CNC Lathes, as well as a variety of auxillary machining equipment to complete production. We can accept your drawings in AutoCad and MasterCam formats, or we can convert them from DWG or PDF files.
