Description
Gerbera Daisy are an important fresh cut flower in today's flower shops. The wide variety of colors makes them very popular. Gerbera Daisy add a smile to any fresh flower arrangement! Dillon Grown Gerbera are available in a rainbow of vibrant, crisp colors. Because Gerbera are a fragile flower, shipping long distances can harm vase life and petal quality. Locally Grown Dillon Gerbera are the ultimate in consistent superior quality; carefully shipped right from our Pennsylvania greenhouses to you, they show virtually no shipping damage!
Dillon Grown Gerbera are packaged in 10 stem trays, which are carefully shipped in regular flower boxes. 48 stem standing orders are shipped to our customers in a very special gerbera procona (bucket), filled with water that has been treated with an anti-bacteria preservative. The procona virtually eliminates shipping damage and keeps the stems in water from the time they are cut to the time you receive them. Standing orders get top priority, and are delivered to your shop within 1-2 days of harvest. We encourage our standing order customers to store their Gerbera Daisy in the proconas we provide with anti bacterial preservative. Customers who purchase Dillon Gerbera in sleeves should unpack the flowers immediately, re-cut the stem ends and store in water treated with a professional preservative that includes a bactericide. Store Gerbera at 33-35 degrees F.
